Stand and Deliver

I thought that the movie Stand and Deliver was a great. The teacher was such an inspiration to his students, and he made sure none got left behind. The kids were neglected and thought of as less than anyone els. When Mr. Ecalante came, he connected with the kids. He taught them that no matter what anyone thinks of you, you can do better. Every student in his class passed the Calculus test and he was proud. Ever year after that, the number of students passing the test got larger because he made them believe that they could do better.
